Joining is easy. Our team will give you a RITUA key to keep. Simply bring it to each appointment and scan it at the front desk when prompted by our team.

HOW TO EARN POINTS

• Essential Service = 1 point
Services such as an appointment with an Emerging Stylist, cut and style, blowdry, or regrowth tint and dry off.

• Deluxe Service = 2 points
Services such as extensions, highlights, nanoplasty or keratin smoothing.

• Product Purchase = 1 point
Earn one point when you purchase products in salon.

• Refer a Friend = 2 points
Your points will be added once your friend has visited Bhãva and completed their first paid appointment.

YOUR REWARDS

5 points = $5 Bhãva Gift Card
10 points = $10 Bhãva Gift Card
15 points = $20 Bhãva Gift Card
20 points = $50 Bhãva Gift Card

Choose to redeem a reward as you reach each level or continue saving your points for a higher reward.

Once redeemed, your Bhãva Gift Card will be added to your Fresha wallet. Gift cards may be saved or used throughout the calendar year on services and products purchased in salon.

A QUICK EXAMPLE

If your visit includes a deluxe colour service, a cut and style, and two products, you will earn 3 points:

2 points for your Deluxe Service
+ 1 point for your product purchase

Points are awarded per transaction category, not for every individual service or product.
