Transitioning to RITUA
We're excited to introduce RITUA Rewards — our new loyalty program designed to make earning rewards simpler, more flexible and more rewarding.
As part of this transition, our Fresha Loyalty Program will conclude on 31 July 2026.
If you're currently participating in the Fresha Loyalty Program, you have until 31 July 2026 to either redeem your existing reward or transfer your eligible service visits and retail purchases from the current calendar year into RITUA.
Joining is simple. At your next appointment, let our team know you'd like to join RITUA and we'll provide you with your own RITUA key, set up your account and transfer your eligible points.
