Welcome to Bhãva Salon. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using our website or booking services with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments & Services

  • All bookings are subject to stylist availability.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may be charged up to 50% of the service cost.

  • Service results may vary depending on individual hair type, previous treatments, and home aftercare.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

  • Prices for services and products may change without prior notice.

  • Payment is required at the time of service or upon checkout online. We accept major credit cards, EFTPOS, and approved digital payment providers.

3. Products & Online Shop

  • Product purchases through our website are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, returns on opened or used haircare products are not accepted unless faulty or incorrect.

4. Liability

  • Bhãva Salon is not liable for any adverse reactions that may occur if aftercare instructions are not followed or if you disclose incomplete/incorrect information regarding allergies, medical history, or prior treatments.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bhãva Salon disclaims all warranties (express or implied) relating to services or products provided.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, photographs, and materials on the Bhãva Salon website and social channels are owned by or licensed to Bhãva Salon.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any material without prior written consent.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

Shipping & Returns Policy

Effective Date: September 2025

1. Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Standard delivery within Australia generally takes 3–7 business days.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays outside our control.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at salon@bhavasalon.com.au to arrange a replacement or refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. International Orders

At this time, Bhãva Salon only ships within Australia.

Refund Policy

At Bhãva Salon, we want you to feel confident in your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please review our refund terms below.

1. Services

  • Service fees are non-refundable.

  • If you are not satisfied with your in-salon service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can arrange an adjustment or follow-up appointment.

  • Adjustments are complimentary and must be scheduled within 14 days of the original service.

2. Products

  • Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used haircare products.

  • Refunds or replacements are available if:

    • The product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

    • The incorrect item was shipped.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all refunds and exchanges.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a claim.

4. Process for Refunds

  • To request a refund, please email salon@bhavasalon.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).
