Knowing your hair length and density is essential in selecting the correct service, time allocation, and pricing. We kindly ask that you review our service menu and notes carefully prior to booking, and refer to our Hair Length Guide to ensure your selection aligns with your hair and desired outcome.
If an incorrect service is booked and we’re unable to accommodate the required time on the day, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to allow for the appropriate service. In these cases, a fee may apply to cover the reserved time that could not be filled by another client.

Short – Above the ear/pixie
Medium/Above Shoulders – Ears to collarbone/shoulders
Long/Below shoulders – Below collarbone/shoulders to mid-back
